Thai companies investing in Nepalese agricultural sector

Meanwhile, in collaboration with Mahachad International Company of Thailand, ACE Food Company and the Government of Nepal, agricultural programs such as fish farming, poultry farming, tea farming using Thai technology will be conducted in various places in Nepal.
An expert involved in the scheme said that the objective is to export the quality agricultural products produced in Nepal even abroad. “We will create an environment for international export by increasing Nepalese agricultural production,” he said. The Department of Livestock Development under the Ministry of Agriculture has approved the letter of intent submitted by the Thai Mahachad International Co. and ACE Food Company through the Asian Food Industry.

He said that the Asian food industry will manage and coordinate the market for exporting products to the international market.
